For charging mora Rs. for internet MO setting

I have connected internet by MO setting on 30102009 which charges Rs.20 for 24 hours but i have been charged Rs.40 . when i spoke to customer care he said u wiill be charged Rs.20 for even 1 sec . for ex. if u have taken ur MO service at 23:59 hrs and 59 sec sooner it comes 00:00hrs it will charge again Rs.20 on date of changing. WHERE IS YOUR SOP. WHILE PROVIDING SERVICE THERE IS NO SUCH INTIMATION. I have been using this service for last three months it never happens in this way. when we want to inquire from ur customer care u r ceasing CC service and putting the recording " please SMS AIRTEL have a good day. it is not the way of snatching money.
