Misrepair of phone

Sir,

My self Amit Roy, i was given a nokia set (7210c), to a nokia care, i was a problem of "keypad: key do not work, ufter 4 days my problem was solved but from that day i saw a another problem of auto on/off, two days before i submitted again for the new problem.ufter 1 month they told me i have to give 4.5 k for repair this problem.

I have purchased this set just 5 month before and already give rs.500 on first time, i ask they why i will give money, its in the warranty period and second problem is not my created That's they created becs.ufter giving them that problem is arrised.

So i returnback my set, now i what to do where i get proper solution.
