Phone not working

My daughter purchased a mobile phone nokia 7210c item no 6417182076275, lot number 355231032201636 from from her hard earned money on 1.08.09 from spice retail limited, saini enclave delhi (consumer id 720372232). the phone went out of order just after a week. the seller refused to entertain and asked her to go to nokia care. there the phone was set right but it stopped working wihin six hours.

she has lost complete hope and really depressed . she never expected to belet down by a brand NOKIA.

she wants to get rid of the phone out of the disgust and the betrayal by the service and the quality offered by NOKIA and spice retail.

How can we assist her to regain her confidence.

she wants to move to consumer redressal forum also and take up the issue for educating others.
