Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase a Nokia 7210 IMEI No. 353180039758316, Date of purchase 27/06, After 2 month phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: MOBILE CLINIC, F-7 AMAR PLAZA, OPP. DAULAT BAAG, AJMER (Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. 09829863729), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. after 08 sep.09 I can not use my phone. They not doing repaired. I don't know that where is my phone now.

So, please replace the phone (Nokia 7210 IMEI No. 353180039758316) or back my money. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the court or other places. But still now they can't give me my phone so what I do now? Job Set No: 384433527/090908/45
