No Bluetooh connection & louad speake

Respected sir,

I have purchased Nokia 7210c mobile on G B Totad Gadag Dst: Gadag Karnataka state. In my mobile above mentioned problems are creating. I have given my mobile nokia care Gadag on 08/09 they given me service job sheet the job sheet number is 406465550/090908/32 and they give target delivery for one month. Till date i have not get my mobile. Please solve my problem as early as possilbe. "Dont Loss My confidence in Nokia mobile".
