Non-receive of Nokia 7210 mobile set

I have given a NOKIA 7210 model (date of purchase is 14.08.09) to the Nokia Care center at Link Road/Bilaspur/Chattisgarh on 05.09.09 for disturbance in registration of SIM CARD and not charging of battery. Nokia care /Link Road/Bilaspur/CG has issued me a Job Sheet No:- 441504867/090905/23 and the delivery date is 19.09.09.The same set is not returned by the Nokia care/Bilaspur on the plea that the set has been send to Delhi for repair though it has passed near about one month.. On 30.09.09 when I personally contact with Nokia care at Bilaspur it is found that the set has already repaired on 09.09.09 and same is not despatched from delhi. Is it not the duty of Nokia Care/Bilaspur to give an intimation to Delhi for sending the set so that customer can get the same in time? More over when the set has already repaired on 09.09.09, why the Care center at Bilaspur given wrong information to the customer from 19.09.09 to 30.09.09? It will well known tocustomer that Care center is taking care for his valuable customer where as this incideance shows the negilance from the part of care center. In view of above you are requested to enquiery the matter and take suitable steps so that the set can received by me as well as faith on Care center can alive
