Customer care indecency

I gave a complaint agaist nokia care centre people on 1st june regarding the battery problem of my nokia7210 supernova. They replaced the battery but it is also not working properly. When I contacted them they say that the piece had some software problem which they didnot say when I first contacted them.when they replaced battery they didn't gave me its number or details. I do not know whether it is new or not. When I tried with the battery of other piece it is responding properly. The customer care people are behaving indecently. If they make us roam around the care centre all the time and not giving proper service we have to complaint against them. They asked me to go some customer care in Suryapet which is 60 km far from my place. If such is the case what is the use of the unit in Khammam. Are you going to take action on them, if not there is no choice for us, we will file a case in consumer forum.
