Dear Sir/Mam

I bought a New Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone on 21 December from Univer Cell, parry’s, Chennai 60001. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Battery doesn’t full & phone hanging) we have purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone thinking the best model & brand name in the market.

But with much regret to inform you that within 60 days of purchase its starts hanging so that we gave to your service centre they repaired & promised that it will not happen again .but now within months again it starts giving the same problem.

We gave it to your service centre they promise to give within two days but now they telling that it will take another 10 days this cannot be allowed and also I am without a phone for almost 2 days

which is a basic need for life.

It seems this particular piece is not up to your mark & according to your reputation

We paid full amount to you and in return we want good material.

How can we accept this faulty piece?

Kindly deliver us brand new piece we are not interested in repaired cell phone

Kindly do need full & live to reputation
