Keys 7, 8 & 9 not working

This is repeated complaint earlier in June'09 key 7 & 8 were not working and the handset was send to the company. Less than 3 months again the problem has occured. I think Nokia should now replace the handset. The phone is given to NokiaCare complaint no is 759504867/091121/70.
