Keypads not working

Hi,

I bought this phone in October of last year. One month later the plastic screen protecting the camera came off. I was told by friends that Nokia would not replace this. So I replaced it with the one from the extra pink cover. A couple of months later and the protective net on the headset came off. I still did not complain thinking that I must have misused it in some way. However 6 months after buying the phone, the 7, 8 and 9 buttons and the volume lowering key on the side stopped working. I went to two Nokia care centres and was told that the component had not arrived. I waited for more than a month and then got the keypad replaced. Now after only a month of the repair, none of the keys work and the phone is lying usesless. This is my 5th hone and my 4th Nokia phone. None of the others have given me any problems even close to this one.
