Nokia 7610
Faulty handset

Sir,

I purchased this handset from mobile store in march... the speaker volume was not at all good ..

then in july I faced a major problem... the phone wont start... i went to nokia care n they said that there i some virus problem... they formatted the cell but the next day in the morning same thing happened

i want to tell u that there is no accidental problem and that i handeled it very carefully,., .but now i want to replace this product,., ..,

please tell me how can i get ot done...
