Nokia 7610
Extremely bad customer service

Dear Sir,

I have a Nokia 7610 which gets hanged very frequently and also incoming audio is very poor. I went to Nokia cust center in Kormangla, Bangalore. For two months i have been going there. Everytime they charge money and the problem is never gone. I am just wondering whether they open my set or just keep that for 15 days and return without fixing. If it can't be fixed why dont they say so. I am really frustrated with the customer service being provided. I have no choice but to go for another handset and this time it will definitely not be Nokia.
