Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased Nokia 7610. It got some problem related to network. Actually if somebody call at the same mobile, the mobile didn't show any ring tone or massage. Therefor, I have given this mobile to Nokia care, shamli (U.P.) on 24th march. But i doesn't received it back yet. Can you please confirm that what is the servicing time for like above mention problem. And please do the needful.
