Nokia 7610
Earphone problem

Dear maam,

I, Gaurab Basu, a dweller of 1/2 Rajabagan Lane, Kolkata - 700 030, bought a Nokia 7610 @ 7250/- from a shop near Dumdum station 9 months back.

My headphone and data cable both are not working. And when I wanted to discuss the solution, the shop keepers said that the problem is not in my phone... Its in my headphone.

But it is no feasible that both the cables (ear phone and data cable) are damaged at the same time.

Please help me suggesting the needful (where to contact, or if there is any way, I can avoid the 'loose contact' problem myself by any trick).
