Dear Team Nokia

I have purchased a mobile st 7610s (Super Nova) on 9th NOV 08 from THE MOBILE STORE via bill no AP/01178/00001/1262. To my concern i have taken the cell to the Nokia care service centre (MOBIQUEST) in Ameerpet Hyderabad twice from the day of purchase in first case they confirmed the cell is ok and after a long followup they confirmed me that the sliider is not working as the model is new the spare parts has not come to the service centre (I WAS SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT HOW CAN A MODEL COME TO MARKET WITHOUT THE SPARE PART BEING SENT TO THE SERVICE CENTRES) I waited for more than a week for the same.

Again 2day i went to the service centre with the same complaint and the suggestion was quite interesting this happens in quite a few handsets and we cannot do anything, after a long time they were convinced and taken the mobile for service and asked me to wait for 15 to 20 days.(JOB SHEET NO- 131434038/081205/80)

AND (WARRANTY REF NO - APINY146544176)

One logic is clear that the attitude to service is not up to the mark. Again why should one go without a phone for such a long time when the defect is a purely manufacturing deffect.

Hence request you to kindly take the issue seriously and replace a new handset or give the option to choose a new cell.

your early responce will be highly appreciated.
