Nokia 7610s Supernova
Poor service

I bought a Nokia 7610s Supernova in December 08 and with in 10 days I started having problems with it's "one touch" music and volume control keys and the earphone sockets, I submitted my cell on Jan 13th 09, and I have been told by them that I'd get my cell back with in 10-12 days and they would call me.

Now, It's been more than 20 days, I havn't received my cellphone or any kind of information or anythiny from Nokia people. I'd like to say I have used all brands motorolla, samsung, siemens, philips, lg almost every brand and Nokia is the worst. they got regular S/W issues ..very poor inconsiderate servicing ..

Kindly suggest me what should I do
