Manufacturing Problem (Not Switched off from the 1st Day of Purchase Day)

I have already registered my complaint for Nokia 7610 Supernova on 3 March 09 bt till now i haven't got any reply from them.

My problem was regarding switching off of my phone from the very first day of purchase and once it got repaired from nokia care bt still faced the same problem now my cell is with Nokia service centre (Malviya Nagar) and purchased from Hot Spot (Malviya Nagar). With in 9 Days of Purchase it is got repaired nd still with Nokia care. Plz check my problem which i have posted earlier on 3 march, 09 and looking for some solution.
