About battery

Hello, I purchesed the Nokia 7610 supernova (IEMI. 359331027067459) on12/06/09, but after one month its battery performed a very poor backup . i complain it in my nearest Nokia center Narain Automobiles, Allahabad (U.P.) I have submitted my battery no.3820669163105156870670577 to nokia center on dated 31/10/09 and received a new battery No.3820669016070906113;0670577 on dated 19/11/09, i told to the person of Nokia center to give me a receipt on which the number of new battery is mentioned, but she did not, and said that it is not necessary. I have no prove to mention that it is an original battery. please do necessary action for the same.
