Nokia 9300
Instrument not returned

I had purchased Nokia 9300 from Lucknow.

The instrument did not work in warranty period itself and was deposited to them as suggested by Nokia Care on 23th Aug 08, at Samvaradhi Technologies, Koramanagala, Bangalore, wide job sheet no. 285343560/080823/16 told me after 15 days that they have repair, but its already 50 days over but my handset still in same condition and they are telling i can't repair it, if you want take it in same condition. My instrument was under warranty when I had submitted. i logged the complain at customer care on 27-Aug-08, complain number is 2-3ANH9J, and they also not giving response. Please help me.
