MOBIL IS NOT WORKING

I am PANCHAL NAUSHA from Ahmedabad.i was purchase NOKIA mobil on date 21 th April.after purchaseing my mobil was not working properly some times it was hang up& switch off.my nokia mobil model no 7610 supernova purchased from one mobil shope naranpuara ahmedabad 380013 wide bill no:01384 dt 24 th april it's.battery no 0670386495540 imei no:3593310228694033.now a day it is not working so given and shown to nokia care center naranpura ahmedabad.after reparing again within 24 houre out of suevice and not even switch on.so plz suggest WHAT CAN I DO??? can i go consumer protection cell??? PLZ RPL
