I have received that i have won 100, 000 Pounds in nokia mobie draw and was asked to visit nokialotob.blogspot.com and my ref no was tod as Nokia 68&& and was asked to send an e mail to one id. is this true or fraud?? and also i keep getting some messages like this saying its a UK draw or american draw.. etc... cant this be stopped by government or even service providers like airtel or vodaphone etc.,???
