Deduction of Rs.30/- for hello tunes without any request

Refer to the above mentioned subject, I have never requested for hello tunes, nor I have any hello tunes in my mobile. Also I am never interested in any type of songs. Rs.30/- has been deducted for renewing hello tunes service for 30 days. The message was sent by 543213 today that is on 13th october, at 12:53:39, at my mobile no. 9818041580.

The matter may be looked into and the Chatged amount Rs. 30 may be credited in my account back. It is unnecessary harassment to the customer wasting a lot of time without any fault. The responsibility may be fixed and I should be assured that in future there will be no such harrasment to the customer.
