Deduction of Rs. 30/- for using (DusseraPack, Wallpaper) subscription service from Airtel

I got a message on my mobile no. 98958232218 on 28-09 at 09:10:54 by Airtel no. 54321 that I was charged Rs. 30/- for using (DusseraPack Wallpaper) service. I never used (DusseraPack Wallpaper) service from Airtel. This a matter of harrasment. I replied the message that I have never used this service and that I should be given Rs.30/- back but of no use.

The matter should be looked into and the responsibility be fixed and the amount Rs. 30/- be credited in to my account back as early as possible.
