Nokia battery BL-5C, 3.7 V, Li-ion
Manufacturing defect

Sir,

I got this battery make Nokia BL-5C, 3.7 V, Li-ion, with my Nokia set as original supply. It has swelled and does not fit in the hand set. I went to Nokia Care Center at Sheetla Communications, Shop No. B-249, Super Mart-1, DLF Phase-4, Gurgaon. They did not replace the battery as they have no complaints against this equipment, or instructions to replace this lot of batteries. Untill people tell them about the defect, how will they decide. Please have my batytery replaced free, as it may cause further damage to my set and I am not able to use my set, for no fault of mine.

Please take this as a legal notice to Nokia, as I will go to the consumer forum with my complaint for redressal if they do not respond positively.
