Eplacement of battery

I have submit complaint of my nokia battery no. 0670400363563n304613108500 before approx 15 days & i have withdraw my battery from my mobile for safty point of view but no any reply/ replacement recd till date from nokia co. i am suffering from very problem for any call. kindly send replacement of battery & also confirm on my e.mail address & phone.
