Nokia Battery BL-5C
Not Heared the Voice

Dear Sir,

4 months letter I have replaced BL-5C (S. No. 0670400363563O311A13608813) battery. After using the battery my handset gradually reduce its sound and I am not able to hear the voice of my callers. When I insert one of my friends same model old battery the sound is loud and clear.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest
