Sub: Replacement of Defective Battery.

Dear sir/madam

1. I have purchased battery model no. BLD-3 SL No 067040382066286585 Made in China from Miracle Marketing, Beside Hotel Ashwin, Canada Corner, College Road, Nashik, Maharashtra on 13 Nov. This battery was defective in the sense that it was not holding charge even for four calls.

2. I approached the shop for change. I was given another battery SL no 067040392111786461 Made in Hungary. Also this battery was packed in another battery pack locally by tampering the original packing. This battery is also not holding charge for more than three calls and requires frequent recharging.

3. Kindly confirm the genuineness of the battery and advice future course of action.
