Failure of accessory replacement

Dear Sir,

I submited my bluetooth accessory BH-208 to the nokia care centre at 30/28 East patel Nagar, New Delhi as it was not working. I submited it on 05/06.The expected return date provided to me was 20/06 but i have not got my accessory repaired till now. I called them many times to know whether it was repaired but every time they told me thet they will call as soon as the device is repaired but after thet i didn't got any reply. Later i also faxed them about the complaint and the job sheet given by them but still i didn't got any response. I am harrassed by their poor service as they have not returned me my device till now. They are wasting my time and money by not returning me my device.please help me for that
