NOKIA BL-5C BATTRIES
REPLACEMENT OF BL-5C BATTRIES

I have a Nokia Handset, model no. 6600. After seeing in the news I have checked my battery no. of BL-5C battery and found that it should be replaced by a new one and for that I filled the form found in the website of Nokia many times but till now no replace ment of battries is done

In this situation my Nokia Handset is in an idle condition & due to risk of any chances of accident I am not using it till now. In the mean time I have contacted Nokia care, Garpar several times but they told me that replacement battery is not come yet please try later. I am totally fade up & Please suggest me how can I get rid of this embarrasing situation as Nokia is a giant company and I am a very very little general human being. Please don't take this as an complain but please help me to get that replacement of the battery at the earliest and so that I can use my mobile as before.
