I had ordered a bluetooth headset handsfree on the 27th May unfortunately online through ivaluemart.com Made the payment through my HSBC credit card because that was the only option available since this catalogue came from HSBC credit card bill. Till date, I have not received the product. On calling the helpline nos provided, firstly they hardly pick up the call. Out of those lucky 2 or 3 times out of 50 calls, I get the stupid excuse that it got delayed because the stock needs to be replenished and they would soon send the good. for your information, they claim to supply goods purchased in 21 days. Even if I give them benefit of doubt for 21 as working days, those days are also over.
