Service center owner is delayng in giving my bt device

navjot here.i m fed by the service provided by ur authorised service center.my bt is nt workng and i went to them.they said u product is changed with new one.i submit my bt device on 2.7.2008.till now i cnt recive it.evry time they give fake commitment.i feel hurt when i got these kind of response 4rm nokia care.this center is in (district center, janakpuri new delhi).and the owner name is saurav.so u r requested to look in this matter seriously so that coustmer belive shldnt be shatterd.

i wish i cld get a good response 4rm ur side
