Speaker was not working

I submitted mine mobile to behala nokia care . the person there took the phone and said you will get phone by 11 day. bit still the date of giving the phone has not came . now he is saying the parts are unavailable what is this i cant understand .till today mine phone is not given nor i think is been checked . the will ruin the name of nokia company by giving such a bad responce.
