Cosmetic very poo

Hi,

I was send to Nokia N 95 8GB purchasing date28l02/08 care to do needful.(cosmetic) it is very poor quality, but they send back to me without do anything. this is very expansive cell. they have to deal with customer with good way i am not happy with there behave r if there product have some week point then they have to accept it and do something to needful not neglect the problems.
