02 may - key pad not working during warranty, phone given to care nokia. 12 jul - phone given for same problem, which had not been repaired.&-6 sep - phone again given for same problem.&--after complaining to all possible places nokia care center told thro care line to pick up swap phone on 16 oct, tthis was Not available on checking up . &-was promised to get phone on07 nov&07 nov - told to collect on 10 nov
