Late in replacemant the phone

i bought nokia5610 on 15/09.it was switch off automatically on 11 oct and did not switch on after that.i gave my set to nokia care on 13/oct.they said to me for 15 days nd till now i do not get my phone.on company ruls, replacement is done in 15 days but i did not get my phone in 31 days.the officer of nokia care jallandhar is so rude to me . please help me if u can.
