I have taken a handset from nokia priroty dealer loacrted in mumbai at opera house nmae of shop is Harmony they had given me a 1 year warranty of handset with bill my hand set model no:- 3120c which was purchase on 04/11/08. - 08:15pm sales man name is chetan, vinay

after 2 day pass i saw their is problem in hand set that the pixel is break in right corner not phisically it is from company side i cant reach their tho i inform them that about problem they said that u come here we will replace the handset so towmarrow i reach their and shown a problem in phone ok they said that they will repair the phone then i said that why should i repair the phone it is new purchase on this date mantioned on top but they are not earing a single word form my side after that on that day said that u come towmarrow we will ask to your mannager about that i had not gone to office I directly go to shop to nokia they said that the mannager is on holiyday u come after 2 day i said that if you can contact him on his cell phone or on is house that will be better for me & u also they said that i had call to mannager in his cell he told that we can not give replacement of this phone so i ask them then what to do next they said u come after2 day we wil talk to mannager in frnt of u i had gone their after 2 day they said they that they will not replace the phone so i ask why they said that the replacement warranty is of 1 day only i ask their i snot written on your bill that you have given me with phone they said u want to repair or not i said no. Then siad we will not repair your phone at your service center so after that i get angry they said that ja tere ko karna hai to karle mai th consumer walo ko bhi bol de vho bhi kuch nahi karenge & give me a bad word on my mother & sister
