Mobile not repaired under warranty

Sir,

i purchase a mobile Nokia 3110 Classic on 27 december.

on 15 Noverber 2008 display of this mobile is not working. and moblie screen looking black. when i go to Nokia Care center he told me that ur phone not repaired under warrenty while moblie is still in warrenty period. kindly give me proper justice.
