Connectivity of E-50 handset

E-50 handset from Nokia is one of the worst possible handsets. I purchased it only ten months back. Already the loudspeaker is gone. Nokia claims it to be having bluetooth connectivity, which is a lie. You can't see the phonebook and hence can't save it anywhere else. Therefore, to reload the software is not possible. It is awfully slow, doesn't have alarm clock function, no keypad lock, etc. etc. The Nokia Care centres are hopeless and behave like bureaucrats.
