Highend but poor quality N82 mobile and worst customer service

After being totally disappointed with the Nokia service, I am raising this written protest.
I have been a Nokia customer since last 8 yrs. and bought handsets ranging from Nokia 3315, 2100, 6600 to the latest Nokia N 82 (Black) which I bought on June 22nd from a nearby Hot Spot mobicare.
My handset started giving problems within 2 months as I couldn't hear voice from other end. Hot Spot sent my mobile to Nokia Center. I got back my mobile in few days without any diagnosis or reasoning provided. I still observed the same problem and deposited my mobile back to Nokia through Hot Spot center. My mobile remain with Nokia for around a month.
Later I was updated that my original N82 has been replaced with a refurbished N82 handset by Nokia center. I enquired Noika and was updated about this Nokia policy that I will be provided with a refurbished model. So, I accepted it with my faith on Nokia.
Now, this refurbished model has such a display that I am unable to see anything on screen. I am screwed up with the Nokia service. My trust to always go for brand like Nokia has been shattered. I no
longer feel like suggesting anyone to go for these expensive but useless Nokia mobiles.
Please advice me the future course of action. Should I go ahead and make another useless attempt to submit my mobile to Nokia? Or should I consult Consumer court to atleast help me in getting back my money wasted on buying such a handset and buy a handset from some other vendor?
