Lost & request for blocking the sim card

My wife lost the mobile alongwith the sim card on 29.11.08 (evening) while travelling in a bus in Kolkata. My phone no.:09474108003 (Pre-paid). She had put a complaint in DumDum Police Station regarding the loss of the phone and the sim card. The complaint no is GDE 2529: DT dated 29-11.Request you to block and cancell the sim card to avoid any mis-use.regards, G.C.Das
