Misbehaviour of technician (MR.Suresh yadav) at nokia care

The technician Mr. Suresh yadav at nokia care in janak puri district centre is totally un cooperative... and does not respect the customers... and misbehaves uses foul language... i have been goin there for more than 2 months for my nokia 5610 xpress music... headphones... he keep on saying come after 2- 3 days... my delivery date of headset has been over 15 days... still he is not cooperating and staff over there... please take a strict action against them...
