Not replacing N73

I have purchased a N73 mobile which is under warranty. The set was hung and ceased functioning on 20th Oct, 08 and was given to Tele Solutions, DN-1, Sector -5, Salt Lake, Kolkata -91 (ASC-351-343506) on the same date for repair.

Job Sheet Number for the repair is 351343506/081020/50.

After long days of 38, on 28th Nov, 08, they have provided me a old set used by someone else.

Why should I receive an old set?

I have asked several times through e-mails whether they will provide me a new set or not but they are so much reluctant to answer properly.
