Eplacement of hardwire of Nokia phone

Dear Concern,

this mail is to bring to your notice that I bought a nokia 3120c model on 7-1-08, from cell point, staton road, madhusudan market, shop No-D-24, Rourkela-769001in my fathwers name (Mr. P.C.jena). The iteam number is 353101027028575. But within 1 month of the purchase we faced problems like phone getting hanged, getting automatically switcheed off etc. Now I have shown it in a Nokia care center namely cellular clinic (ASC No- 071_434038, e-mail-cellular_bhubaneswar@nokiacareindia.com). As per them there is some problem in the hardwire of the phone and it has to send to kolkota for repair. Most importantly the whole proces might take as long as 45 days to get the phone back tome. Now it is quite harrssing to suggest somebody to manage without his cell phone for 45 days. As my phone is not very old and it is a manufacturing problem in the phone in this case I should be give another phone in the place of teh new one so that I can lead my normal life.

Now you are kindly requested to look into the matter and reply me urgently expalinning your stand in this matter and what all you are doing to help me in this matter.

Finally you should rememebr that each and every customer of yours expects highest level of professionalism for a comapny like yours, so you shoud act accordingly.
