In the 10 months of usage 4 times got choke

Hi,

I have purchased my mobile 2760 in Jan and till now i have faaced 4 times problem were always customer care peoples said it is software problem and made it ready.

this time they updated me need to send head office and will replace the set with in ten days, where as already 15 days is over till now they have not turned back and when i approched got answer will take further 5 to 10 days.

this is realy rediculas for a company like nokia and proven product 2760
