Contact with customer care

I ve activated a system of SMS by rs.56 before 3 months..after tht each & evry month it gets cut off automatically from my balance..I am trying to contact idea customer care since 2 months..i dnt get option to contact customer care..if i go through 4444 thn it says unauthorized... how cn i stop this sms system???
