Unstable phone with a very poor Nokia support

Purchasing the phone was based on a decision around the looks and advertising rather then word of mouth and I totally repent not having checked earlier. Using for just a couple of months - had the front musc key broken which is very poor quality plastic and not properly integrated into the phone. On taking it back to the mobile store I was told that this is a common problem and need to get it fixed at Nokia Service Center based of Noida Sec3 (it is closed now and its a huge relief).

On going to service center I wass told that it can take more then a week to replace the same based on the availability else they would need to send the same to the headquarters. They did find one spare one and fixed it but on receiving the handset I noticed that they had replaced with a broken one and the handset keypad had stopped funtioning altogether. I had to submit it back to the center and they took more then 40 days to correct it.

The phone is a delicate darling and not at all meant for Indian conditions - it has again conked out and refuses to get charged. The point being that the follow up service is so poor that even for small problems yu end up not having the phone with you for months with no guarantee whatsoever that the phone willnot be damged further and by the time yr issues are resolved - the gurantee period would be over anyways.

I have had better experience with Motorola customer service and would request folks to think twice before buying a feature loaded mid range phone from Nokia.
