Replacement of Bluetooth in Time??

I have purchased one Nokia Bluetooth (BH – 200) on 25th oct from Big Bazar, Agra. But unfortunately on 6th Nov evening, Bluetooth stopped chaging.
On 7th Nov morning, I immediately moved to Nokia Care center at Turbo Infotech, Maruti Plaza, Sanjay Place, Agra and came to know that problem related to Bluetooth cann’t be rectified and will take maximum 1 month in replacement from Delhi.
I got the service job sheet on the same day. ASC no is 361_434038. The other details of the sheet are as follows:
Product Code: 0279978
Warranty Ref no: 4025
Target delivery date : 7th Dec.
I was handled by Ms SWATI & Mr ASHISH.
When I had a word regarding my Bluetooth on 7th through Telephonic conversation, Mr. Ashish told me to wait till 15th Dec.
Today when I went to Your center than I came to know that still they have not received the replacement and according to Ms Swati it will take another week or so to receive the replacement.
Now, I have some issues with Nokia:-
1- What about the Target Delivery date mentioned on the Service Job Sheet???
2- I am really surprised to see how Nokia is handling its customers. Is this kind of CARE Nokia talks about all the time….
3- The warranty of my Bluetooth was 3 months, Now Nokia itself took more than 45 days to replace that Bluetooth so my BIG question to Nokia is Who is responsible for the warranty period and I sincerely believe that NOKIA is going to extend Warranty (Min 2 month).
4- If I don’t receive my Bluetooth in week, so what should be my next steps… Pls guide. I have invested Rs. 3000/- on your Brand and prior to that I always bought Nokia mobiles only, But I think I have to rethink on that and definitely need get justice from wherever I could get?
