Message sending fail

Hi! vodafone

I am a vodafone customer from last 4year, from lsat 48 hour im not able 2 send msg from my phone. When i send msg it show "message sending fail' . I had call numbers of time to customer care but they had not done anything & i also went 2ur customer care center they also not felid my compliant. I want to deactivte my callertune it way crap that i had ever had on my cell fone i dnt how it has been activated on my phone.

So it's my humble reqest 2u please sort out my comlpaint as soon as possible.
