Very poor service, Infact fooling customers

Dear Sir/Madam,
Since july I have been facing problem with my Nokia 5610 mobile phone which is still under warranty.
I have made many rounds to Nokia Care, written mails, called at 30303838, but nothing happened. I patiently followed every step which Nokia asked me to do. But my problem is not getting solved.
Nokia seems to be fooling customers in after sales service. There is no responsible contacts to whom we can escalate our problem. As a customer I feel cheated by Nokia.
After repeated unsuccessful services I requested them for a Handset replacement, but there is know one ready to listen. Everytime they ask me to submit my handset to nearby Nokia care and after a week I get the same handset back with the same problem.
Its now not the issue of phone exchange... I can get a new phone also... but its now the question of Nokia taking its customer for a ride...
I am determined now to prove that Nokia is fooling people by selling inferior quality mobiles in India and then does not provide proper service.
If Nokia thinks it can easily make fool of an Indian customer... than you are wrong.
I am fed up of their hollow promises and Nokia has troubled me a lot...
I have no time to spend running to Nokia care and return with the same problem...
I hope there is someone who will listen to my complaint and get it fixed, and dont allow these MNC companies fool our fellow Indians
