Cheating giving a old mobile

Sir,

I bought a nokia mobile from nokia dealer at ernakulam in kerala.he is nokia priority dealer.

model no is 1200.and IEMI356858022190251.I bought this mobile in december 17th and after I checked *#oooo# date comes 16/6/8 means they were using an then sold to me .seal was broken When I asked about that said that just only I shown to another customer.

I never expected such events from nokia dealer who is dealing cheating business.means they were using 4 month and then sold to me.
